Distech Controls' innovative product development and commercial strategies have attracted a highly talented team of professionals who have been instrumental in the continuing growth of the company.

Martin Villeneuve, Vice President Europe 

As Vice President Europe, Martin oversees all operational activities for Distech Controls offices in Europe.
He also oversees sales in European countries, R&D - Technical Support & Training Departments.
Having joined Distech Controls in 1999, Martin proceeded to develop and manage several departments including Technical Support, Training, Documentation, Quality, and Product Management.
Martin holds a diploma in HVAC Engineering and brings close to 15 years of experience in the building management systems industry.
His many years of experience, managing multiple departments at Distech Controls headquarters, makes Martin an ideal ambassador for Distech Controls’ values and vision in Europe.

Olivier Fillot, Director of Sales French-speaking Countries  

Olivier holds a diploma in HVAC Engineering and is also sales graduate. With over 25 years experience within sales of HVAC Engineering products, 21 of them in control and BMS, Olivier has decided to offer its expertise to Distech Controls.
His knowledge of the integrators market acquired at Trend, combined with his technical and sales expertise, will help Distech Controls to approach its own network.

Marina Frugère, Logistics & Supply Chain Manager

Marina Frugère is a graduate in International Trade and Small & Medium-Sized Firms Management. In 2007 she joined Acelia, now Distech Controls, as the Customer Service Manager. 
With over two years of extensive visits to the United States, Russia and Central America she has acquired extensive knowledge in foreign relations.
Her previous nine years of experience in international trading of raw materials and ship chartering provide Distech Controls with an expertise in international trade.
She now heads the Logistics & Supply Chain Department.

Maxime Ormancey, Customer Department, Quality & Production Manager

With a technical and electronic background, Maxime Ormancey is also graduate in Quality Management.
In 2005, he joined Comtec Technologie (now Distech Controls). He held the position of Head of Quality and began to implement a quality management system in 2006.
Through the combined efforts of all departments, the company has been ISO9001:2000 certified in 2009.
Maxime Ormancey now oversees operations related to quality, manufacturing, after-sales and customers.

Philippe Raynaud, Technical Support, Training & OEM Manager

Philippe Raynaud has a higher education in electronics and has developed his managerial skills in an international organization during 10 years. He has worked in various fields ranging from research and development (R&D) of new products, to technical support and ODM customers development.
During this period he also helped to obtain the ISO 9001:2000 quality certification.
Since 2008, Philippe has worked in the area of comfort management and energy savings in commercial buildings at Comtec Technologie, now Distech Controls.
After being the head of R&D he is now in charge of developing the Technical Support and Training.
He is also the technical contact for the OEM and ODM customers.

Sophie Chauveau, Marketing and Communication Manager

Sophie Chauveau holds a Master in Marketing and Business Management from an International School of Management.
She developed essential marketing skills with a first-hand experience on the international markets of industrial distribution (BtoB) as a Marketing Assistant and then as a Junior Product Manager. She joined Acelia (now Distech Controls) in 2008 as a Product Manager, then as a Product Ranges Manager before becoming the Marketing and Communication Manager.
Currently, she daily defines an efficient European communication, maintains and develops customers relationship (newsletters, product news, web) and develops targerted tools for the sales team (brochures, product catalogs etc).
